„My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. It was private and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking almost every day, and we saw tons of wildlife. Valerie was by far the best host we have ever stayed with. We stayed for two weeks and we could have stayed for two more. If you are looking for privacy in paradise, this is your place. “

„We’ve been coming to Exuma 3-4 times a year for several years but never stayed this far south. Love the location! House was clean and very comfortable. Well appointed and great pool. Despite previous reviews about not having central air and being too warm that was not our experience. AC units were able to cool the entire house without an issue. Management was very accommodating and responsive. Great house. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return. “

„We rented both villas for a total of 18 people. The villas are well equipped and have most of what you’ll need. Communication with the property manager was easy and any concerns always answered quickly. Location is somewhat remote but still close enough to Georgetown. Blu resturant is one of the best on the island and 5-10 mins away. Tropic of Cancer.and Santanas bar is 20-30 mins. The water behind the house was always calm. We rented jet skis 2 days and it was amazing. Plenty to do ...

„We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. “

„Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. “

„Loved the Villa. The grill and air fryer were a big bonus. Ditto the beach lounge chairs - which were perfect for the short walk to Jolly Hall Beach. Walked to town 5 days, but always got a cab back. Lounged on the upper deck over coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Can't wait to return!!!!
