What We Love
Escape to the lake and experience a vacation like no other at this splendid three-story home! This lakefront home enjoys a prime location on Morrill Pond. Enjoy your own waterfront deck with seating, rocking chairs, and your own private dock to enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating. Some of the attractions you can find nearby include several breweries, a winery, Lake George Regional Park, Fogg Brook Resort, JW Parks Golf, Great Moose Lake, Waterville Opera House, Debe Park Trails, Bangor Waterfront, Lincolnville Beach, Bar Harbor / Acadia National Park, Gifford's Famous Ice Cream and Mini Golf, several 9-hole golf courses, and Hermon Mountain Ski Area.
Upon entering this lake abode, you will discover an inviting open floor plan with exposed wood beams and rustic decor throughout. The kitchen has been appointed with everything you need to prepare delicious homemade treats and meals for the group. When mealtime is over, retreat to the sunny, carpeted living area, which is furnished with comfy sofas, a wood-burning fireplace with wood included, a corner desk and desk chair, and a huge TV to keep you all entertained! From here, you can easily access the wrap-around lakefront deck with tree-lined views, plenty of seating, and a hammock - this is the perfect spot to delight yourself with marvelous sunset views and you may even catch a glimpse of the loons and eagles who call Morrill Pond home!
The lower level of the cabin offers a spacious and private bedroom with a TV, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and access to another lakefront deck with an outdoor dining area. The third and upper level enjoys two additional bedrooms both with TVs - one of the bedrooms features a lakefront balcony with seating. Additional perks include ceiling fans, evaporative coolers, and a variety of life jackets.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Watch small children near the open staircase landing.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two active cameras in the front (garage and driveway) and three cameras in the back, all facing out from the property (side porch, bottom deck, and stairs to the dock).
Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
