"The appartement was very nice for my family. Everything was just perfect and since the owner knew my family was arriving late they prepared the sofa bed already. I can only say good things about this appartement and recommend if for everyone. The only downside wa that it didn’t have WIFI but We knew that before arriving. With WIFi this place would be rated outstanding, now it is just excellent 🥳"

"Good location - Grafrath is small but has shops and a good wirtshaus (+ a river to paddle in), and was easy enough on the S-Bahn or driving to get to Munich. Apartment just right - spacious enough for 3 kids + 2 adults, nicely appointed kitchen, not too hot even on 30C+ days (good airflow & blinds). Internet worked well enough to do some video calls. Hosts friendly & knowledgable."

"The welcome given by Frau & Herr Hirt was wonderful witha full tour of the house and explanation of the appliances. I don't think we have ever staed ina house so well equipped with such a well stocked larder. The village itself is not particulalry picturesque (apart from the church), but it has plenty of grocery stores and catching the train to Augsburg or Munich was really easy."

"Wir waren nur eine Nacht in der Ferienwohnung. Der Aufenthalt hat sich aber dennoch gelohnt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und sehr geräumig. "This was an attic space inside their home, the family uses the same entrance. The furniture is old and dirty and two of the beds are in the living room. There is no shower in the rental space, just a tub. The shower is in the basement laundry room that the family uses. We were told the doors stay unlocked/ open. We were very uncomfortable and left to get a hotel room."

"We spent the opening weekend of Oktoberfest at this lovely apartment in a quiet suburban town outside of Munich. It’s very convenient to get to using the S Bahn train, and then it’s a short walk from the train station to the apartment.
