„Small touches made this property very welcoming and comfortable.“

„Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage.“

„Amazing “

„We had an excellent stay at Prairie Haven. Meticulously clean and neat property. We were very comfortable. Highly recommended!“

„Ease of booking and the stay.“

„It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!“

„As described - very cute, cozy & just what we needed for our trip! Everything was in close proximity to our events and would love to return again next year!“

„Really enjoyed this property, which is way more spacious than it looks from the outside. Kitchen was great, beds were comfy. Neighborhood looked sketchy, but I was comfortable walking the dog alone at night. Location is very convenient, with Minnesota Ave a block away. I would definitely stay here again.“

„I've now stayed at two homes owned by this person. Both have been excellent experiences. Clean, all the amenities plus special touches like welcome snacks that I didn't expect. This little house is cozy and perfect for a single out couple.“
