- On-site parking is available for one vehicle at 19 USD per night plus tax. Spaces are limited, so please arrange parking in advance
- Pets up to 50 lbs are welcome with prior approval. Please add your pet to the reservation and share the breed
- Air conditioning operates seasonally from May 15 to October 1. Heating operates from October 1 to May 15
- Early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM are available for 50 USD
- Monthly rates are available for extended stays. Contact us with your dates for more information
- Mailbox access is not available
- Before arrival, guests must complete online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID and signing the rental agreement
