Please note:
This property does not have a full dining table and does not offer dining seating for large groups (e.g., 8–10 people) to sit together. The main dining setup is the four bar stools at the kitchen island.
There are a few additional seating pieces around the apartment (such as a small bench in the king bedroom, a small chair in the downstairs bedroom, and a small stool in the first-floor double bedroom), but these are not dining-height seats and are not suitable for use around the island.
This setup is ideal for casual meals, breakfast, or takeaway rather than formal group dining.

• Security deposit / Damage waiver: Choose either a refundable £300 security deposit (card hold released within 7 days after your stay if no damage is reported) or a small, non-refundable damage-waiver fee that covers accidental damage up to a set limit. • 72-hour window: These steps must be completed at least 3 days before check-in, or the reservation may be cancelled for security reasons (we’ll send reminders to avoid any issues).
