„The Hager Hideaway is in the middle of everything and is a quiet, restorative oasis on its own. The 1830's farmhouse is absolutely charming and very cozy. We could have spent the entire weekend exploring Harrodsburg, but Bardstown is only an hour away via scenic back roads (less if via the Bluegrass Parkway), so we HAD to spend a day there. „I didn’t bring shampoo so that was a minor thing. With the skunks in the area having some sort of solution at hand might be worthwhile I’ve used a powder enzyme with good results. Also minor but the ladybug congregation was interesting. “
