„The cabin was great!!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils. Lovely, considerate extras: ice, bottled water, fresh flowers, and so much more! We spent 2 nights as a couple and 2 more as grandparents of 2 boys (3&10). Such valuable memories and happy experiences. Beach was quiet and clean with anything you could hope for!!! So grateful for Carmen’s generosity. “

„The cabin is really cute and well stocked, the deck is truly wonderful, we just picked the wrong week to stay somewhere with no air conditioning. Yes, there are plenty of fans and if you don't mind the heat it won't bother you. Checked the weather for the following week and it would have been exceptional to be there that week! The water is gorgeous- clean and clear, the beach is beautiful, with amazingly soft sand. Would definitely stay there again! “

„Mike and Mari are exceptional hosts. They checked in us and even went above and beyond to send me and mom a gift as we were celebrating some special bdays! The beach is fabulous, soft sand and clear water. The cottage itself was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, lots of games and the decor was relaxing. Perfect vacation mode!Our pups had a great time swimming and relaxing with us. Morning sunrise is stunning if you get up nice and early.I look forward to visiting again!“

The host was great, we had a little hiccup the first day, and he handled it immediately, was very nice and easy to get ahold of! There is a dollar general nearby and a wonderful restaurant 10 min north but true shopping is limited. The house is spacious and located just off a rocky shore beach point with great access for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Recommend bringing drinking water as well. „It’s a good location to do everything Northern east coast from Mackinac Island to Tawas and points inland. The cabin is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but you don’t want to spend a lot of time in there anyway. Communication with the host was/is excellent and timely.
