„As soon as we walked in we felt relaxed. House was clean and tastefully decorated. Anytime we needed something, ie., bottle opener, French press, etc., we reached for it and it was there! The deck is where we spent a lot of our time especially on cool mornings. We enjoyed our stay and liked how it was 10 minutes or so from town. We hope to return and had a great trip due to being able to return to our awesome space to regroup and rest!!! Highly recommend the space!“

„This was such a sweet spot! Perfect for two people. Very grateful for the AC unit on such a hot weekend. The place was clean, had good amenities and had a sweet back porch to sit on in the cooler mornings and evenings. Would definitely book again!“

„This basement suite was exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending an event in Eugene. (The only thing we would have liked that wasn't there was a colander for straining pasta and washing produce.)“

„The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues. “

„We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school.“

„Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.“
