Such a great & wonderful stay! Dion & Pam were wonderful contacts, super helpful, friendly, attentive & had great recommendations. The home is super cute, cozy yet spacious & had all the amenities! Spacious kitchen with adequate supplies, cookware, etc. huge walk-in pantry with the washer & dryer. The additional closet was huge & spacious for us to put our coolers in when they weren’t in use. Game room upstairs & pool room downstairs with bar fridge, bar/stools were a great touch. The master bedroom & bathroom have ample space & wonderful amenities. Shower is spacious & gorgeous! Huge walk-in closet of my dreams, but we were only for a long weekend :).Also on the main level was a half bath & the bedroom with the built-in bunk beds.Top level were the additional 2 full bedrooms & cute game room upstairs. The private beach is small, but we lucked out having it all to ourselves! The boardwalk access is literally right across the street & maybe a 2-3 minute walk from the property right to the water. This house is definitely generous- in space, location & amenities! A propane grill, charcoal grill, three bikes, a kayak, a slew of beach chairs & beach toys, short walk to the private beach area & short drive to the end of the island to catch the ferry for other adventures. The porch was perfect for watching dolphins/sunrise in the morning & the evening sunset.A great weekend stay for three couples. Definitely considering this property for an annual family trip, too!
