With the waterfront just across the road, the Killcare shops and caf s within walking distance, and the Hardys Bay Club at the end of the street, it has everything you need for a relaxed coastal getaway.

Please note: The property is not fenced, so children and pets will need to be supervised outdoors.

*Open plan living area with dining table to seat 6, smart TV, reverse-cycle air conditioning and gas heating, perfect for year-round comfort. The sofa bed can also be made up on request.
*The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a Aldi coffee machine, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and full-size fridge.
* Full internal laundry with washing machine and dryer
*Three spacious bedrooms, each with wardrobe space and two having access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a WIR, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and analogue TV.
*To the back of the property, there is a courtyard with gas BBQ, additional off-street parking (access via Heath Rd) and a large, grassed area. NOTE: Guests do not have access to the garage.

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
