„The property was lovely and spacious. The views are truly exceptional, both of mountains and sea. Our host was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of useful information. She also has stocked the house with plenty of food to make your stay even more comfortable! Thank you very much, would recommend for anyone visiting the kaikoura area!“

„Wonderful stay at Cubby House in Kaikoura! Leanne and Richard have created an oasis complete with an amazing view and friendly-furry-4-legged greeters. We traveled in NZ for over 2 weeks and Cubby House was the only place we stayed that had this level of charm, the most amazing coffee machine ever, and a fridge full of wonderful breakfast ingredients. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly be back.“

„Exceeded everything we had expected. Stunning views, lots of space to wander, beach just below.
Stay more than one night to soak up the ever changing vista. Birdsong during the day, with many fantails, swallows and bellbirds together with a snowcapped backdrop. We had one stunning cloudless night to take in the milky way stretching above us with no light pollution at all.
