„Der Empfang war etwas seltsam. Bar Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren aber stets sehr freundlich und nett,die Enttäuschung beim Check in war leider größer. Zimmer hätten gepflegter sein können,das Bad war schon etwas älter und Fliesen lose, die Ablage beim Waschbecken war sehr ungepflegt. Aussicht und Umgebung war aber sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr abgelegen. Spa haben wir leider nicht benutzt, wussten nicht ob wir da auch auch halbherzig begrüßt werden ...

„Upon arrival we were met by the friendly receptionist who took us to our room and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was modern , comfortable and spotlessly clean . The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of Ripon and free parking was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent . The breakfast in the morning as superb . I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely visit again for a day at Ripon races “
