„Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty.“

„Plenty of space for a large group!!! Game room was constantly in use when we were back at the house. We had trouble finding the house late at night (no fault of the owner) use Apple Maps over Google maps! Also make sure to check out the lighthouse & SeaFront Bakery Co. in Crescent City. „This was in the middle of the Redwood National and State Forest. We explored so many awesome trails. It is remote, so if you are looking for finer food and beer, you have to be willing to drive 20 minutes north to Crescent City. This was a perfect base camp for us.“

„If you like to be off the grid, this is a great place to stay. We do this once a year and completely unplug from phones, computers, etc. This place was perfect for exactly that. It's remote and there's nothing better than the sound of a river. We had a total of 4 adults, 3 kids, and our 2 labs. Everyone had a wonderful time. It's a little bit of a walk to the river but once there, it's secluded and water is crystal clear. Thank you, Jim, for allowing us to stay at your place. “

„Very Spacious and quiet. The interior is quite beautiful. Very close from all 3 Redwood state parks and next to the Klamath River. It’s inside a bitten down RV park, so exterior is okay. The RV park hostess is very friendly and helpful. If you are using Virbo or Expedia to book this, make sure you save the details somewhere locally in your phone as the area has no cellphone signal. “
