„The house was within walking distance of the local funeral home, that we came to pay our respects. The house was gorgeous with generous size rooms and accommodations. We invited some of our local family over for a chat and were comfortable sitting in the living room. You can't easily do that at a hotel! Indigo House is one of the nicest homes to let in downtown Hannibal, MO!“

„Perfect Spot! If you’re looking for a spot with a great view, that’s steps from downtown this is it! Great open loft, still has architectural detail from the buildings former function. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.“

Plenty of space to spread out and relax, and we would have liked to stay a little longer. Owners are extremely attentive to their renters and assist when needed. „Our stay at this loft in Hannibal was one of our favorite ever. We were in town for a festival and the property was right on the main street strip so it made for EZ trips in to the loft to rest or drop off bags or change or refresh. The property is currently managed by the new owners of the building and they are a really wonderful couple who also own and run the sports bar on the main level.Highly recommend.“

The neighborhood was quiet, and the easy, scenic 10-minute walk to downtown made it convenient to enjoy coffee shops, shopping, and reading by the riverfront. Since I stayed several nights and did some cooking, the only thing I found myself wishing for was an extra trash bag—otherwise, everything was perfect.“
