„Very nice Hotel in Akita in a good location. 5 min walk to Akita Station and nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are a little bit on the harder side, but still ok for me and my back issues. The reason why I couldn´t give 5 stars is, that I also reviewed places like the Waldorf Astoria or Ritz Carlton. But if I would only compare it to hotels in this price range, it would have gotten 5 stars.“

„Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer, Rezeption und Frühstück alles super.“

„Sehr saubere und zweckmässige Unterkunft!“

„Loved their complimentary breakfast. They changed some side dish menu every day so I never got tired of it. You might need to wait in the line right after the serving time starts (6:30AM). Although the seats are limited, there’s an option to take out food to your room. Convenience store is located in the same building, which is big help especially for travelers’ first day.“

„Teppich in meinem gebuchten Zimmer war stark verschmutzt.“

„Excellent . We got much more than expected. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean room. We can totally recommend it“
