„"Perfect" as an adjective actually doesn't do this property justice. Top to bottom, the unit is a VRBO unicorn as far as I'm concerned. Amazingly laid out and furnished and spotlessly clean are one good thing, but the astonishingly great view and proximity to crashing waves and natural entertainment is something you just don't normally find for less than $1k per night...much less. The neighborhood is also definitely upscale and you don't have to worry about keggers or knucklehead gatherings ...

„Great view, the condo could use a deep cleaning and some kitchen utensil upgrades but overall I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, did not need AC with the nice ocean breeze. Pool is nice. These are old buildings and as such there is always a few condos having work done on them but it did not bother us to much even though the condo next to us was getting major remodel. I would stay here again, so the small complaints we might have are just that small.“

The listing says it has A/C, which ended up being a single unit in the bedroom that can't be left running while you're away. „This property was great. It was our second stay at the resort. Condo was great but we should have looked at map as it goes out to the parking lot. Our fault. Still a nice place to stay. Only downfall is no actual dressers. When you stay 10 nights, it is a bit of a hindrance. Overall we loved our stay except for the horrible weather we encountered which could not be helped.“

„Our family of six adults (3 generations) had a fantastic week long stay! We were able to easily explore the entire island from this location. Ground floor was great for my parents who are in their 70s. House had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make snacks / lunches for our day trips to the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again with a group this size versus multiple hotel rooms. Mahalo!“

„The condo is located on the first floor of a big complex. The balcony is very small, so you need to take all your meals inside. The road is very close and busy with a lot of traffic noise till late evening. Ventilation is very comfortable, there is always a cool breeze. Location is central. One can reach all the wonderful attractions of Kauai in short time. Maintenance company is a little bit bureaucratic, deposit refund late only after query.“
