„We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It accommodated 9 people well. The location was beautiful. We loved the to lush outdoor space and our kids enjoyed the pool. We also appreciated the very reasonable price. We did have some issues upon check-in. The key was not in the lock box when we arrived. It was quite late in the evening and our kids were exhausted. „The unit has a front door that has issues unlocking. The shower head doesn’t operate normally - so have fun with that. And the spigot in the shower to bath a toddler is half coming off the wall and doesn’t work at all - so if you have a little one - they get a shower. I should have read the reviews more carefully - there’s a reason this is the worst star rating of PKK units.“

„The property is in a very nice location, close to our favorite beaches. We did not appreciate the advertisement of the room showed pics of surfboards like they were available for use with the rental and then when you get there a sign on the door states surfboards are for the owner of property and we are not allowed tobuse them. They should just remove photo from listing.“

„Beautiful view of trees and mountains (but not ocean) from back deck. Even in a very large complex, had almost complete privacy out there. Beach was a steep 10 minute walk, but golf cart shuttles are available (we enjoyed the exercise). Two minute walk to the very nice pool and hot tub. Tennis courts close by, pickleball about 5 minute walk. Very large complex - well maintained, and check in was like a hotel front desk - very easy. “

„The property was bigger than the photos look. It looks like 2 adjoining hotel rooms but they are much bigger than hotel rooms. There was plenty of space for my family of 5. It was closer to parking than other units and close to the restaurant and lobby so that was nice. You do have to call the golf cart for a 15 minute wait to go anywhere you need a ride, but walking is not bad either if you don’t have a bunch of stuff to carry.“

„Overall a fantastic place to stay! The set up of the condo was great for our family of 4- master bathroom and kitchen were beautiful. Living room was cozy. The A/C units in the bedrooms were lovely. Well stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. Host was communicative. Condo was really clean and loved the cement floors! The only down side was there isn’t ocean access within walking distance and the view is a sliver of water from the parking lot. There seems to be ...

„The Cliffs resort is very nice and has lots of amenities. This is a nice end unit with lots of light and breezes. New owner has been updating unit and has more projects planned.“
