„Fantastic staff ALL so friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got the package deal that included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was great and happy with options available. Breakfast plenty to choose from. Can't fault anything. We used the facilities onsite gym and pool. Incredible gym, well kitted out with decent equipment. Pool was great. Stream room and sauna were good size, didnt feel cramped when other people in. Overall great overnight stay. Would definitely stay again “

„The room was very nice, large flatscreen TV, nice little porch seating area in front of my room. I did not use the pool, but it is heated. There is a train line that goes by that you can hear, but it did not bother me. In addition to a free continental breakfast, they will make to order breakfast, depending on the time for a charge. I had two very minor issues but they were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this property.“

Great food in the Hancock Kitchen (less formal of the 2 restaurants) - didn’t eat at the more formal one. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for many many years. Encourage anyone to visit.“
