One week minimum rental. This is a family house not a group rental. The Backyard is simply amazing. You are 10 minutes from the beach, but you will not want to leave your backyard. The 20 x 40 ft pool with water fountains is surrounded by amazing landscaping, pergolas, a bar with refrigerator, sink, TV and dual tap system serving up your favorite brews. Extensive Decking! Plenty of chairs for sunbathing and a covered pergola and couch and chairs for when it gets too hot. The pool is flanked by a putting green with chipping area to keep your golfers happy. The Professional grade covered outside kitchen is to die for and has an ice machine, fridge, sink, grills, TV and bar seating for 10. Rain wont stop your party with this kitchen! The firepit is top grade and could be the center of any Cambridge Paving Stone advertisement.

The house is well kept, sparingly rented and great for the extended family. Located in Hampton Bays, across the street from Tiana Bay, this house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a game room (with pool table, ping pong and a video arcade machine – Galaga, Ms. Pacman, Frogger & Burgertime), 2 zone central air conditioning, washer and dryer, TVs, stereo, etc.

The house sits on 1.5 acres, is set 125 feet back from the street and has a big backyard and plenty of parking. It is just minutes from town (Hampton Bays or E. Quogue) and less then 3 miles form the ocean beaches. Just bring your bathing suits, this house has the rest.
