Hello summer, make the most of the summer while staying in our wonderful home!
We welcome you to enjoy one of the best option in the Hampton.
Spacious, bright, charming and sunny house located in a quiet neighborhood. Guest not only have use the entire house but, all out door activities, including the amazing jacuzzi, and heating pool( open may 15th to October 15th ),sauna, BBQ , furniture and any other amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, our house has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathroom also offers 2 car garage for visitors, the house is fully equipped and suitable for 8 guests. Everything is closer at your reach . For visitors HB has a verity of restaurants, bars, bays, beach , boating, shops .There are so many things to do and places to explore. The Hampton has it all escape, relax and enjoy. The property is large with a lot of land, it has a little more than an acre, on the other side of the house there is a small apartment that on some occasions is rented for a single guest, totally independent from the house and with a separate parking lot, who does not have permission to use the pool or the jacuzzi, which is only for the guests of the house.

Amazing House

This house was amazing! The layout was perfect for a girls weekend away. It was a great location close to many things. The pool was perfect to hang out in all day and the rooms were a great size. There was great communication before and during booking the house. I highly recommend booking this house.

The Perfect (Really!) Getaway

This wonderful home was perfect for our 5 member family. Elegant yet cozy, this uniquely designed retreat was spotless, check-in was easy and the owner readily available if needed. The home offers deluxe accommodations for every member of your group, and then some. Location is perfect for getting to restaurants,, beaches shops, grocery stores plus being able to easily make the ride back to NYC with ease. Just left and we’re already looking forward to returning!

The best house we’ve stayed in

We loved everything about this house. The backyard was amazing. Everything was well kept and immaculate. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect..close to the market/restaurants, but on a nice quiet block. We would get this house again if we could. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions.

Home away from home!

This home is in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient location - close to restaurants, grocery stores. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The rooms are beautifully furnished and welcoming. The amenities are beyond complete. Adriana's attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Adriana was extremely responsive during our stay. The right touches

The property was very clean and user friendly. They had ample glasses and dishware. The property although in a neighborhood gave you a sense of privacy and they had more than enough towels and washcloths. We had to dress for a wedding and we had access to a steamer for our clothes which I thought was just one of the right touches that came with the house.

Beautiful home

Great property and location. House was in great condition and pool was amazing. Everthing you needed was available. Only downside was a person living in a unit attached to home under the master bedroom. We assumed we had the whole house to ourselves and had to share the driveway as he came and went. Also, at least two cameras watching on the outside and activating while we were outside in the pool. It gave an impression as not private and being watched.

Weekend wedding stay with family

The property is exactly as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. Very nice neighborhood, great location. No complaints. The back yard pool is an oasis. Plenty of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool floats. 6 foot fence provides complete privacy. It was a little too warm to use the hot tub, but it looked beautiful. The house is spotless and had plenty of space for our family of 6. We had everything we needed, so no issues came up, but Adriana was very responsive and easy to reach. Will definitely rent again the next time we come to the area, but will stay longer than a weekend to enjoy everything the house and area have to offer.

It’s perfect! Just book it!

These owners are the most amazingly kind, gracious, people. From the minute you book it’s quality care and hospitality. They really want you to enjoy your stay and they are genuinely happy you have chosen to vacation at their home. Im blown away. An amazing view, and a well thought out experience home. This IS the destination. warm jacuzzi , and a beautiful environment. Sitting outside is so relaxing, and watching your kids playing outside is fantastic ( in the back yard) you can come inside where literally everything is comfortable. It’s all the way quality. Soft towels, clean soft bedding, comfortable beds, great lounge couch, and even the stools are comfortable. Immaculate, home with great natural light, quality decor, Everything is right around the corner. beaches and shops. Neighbors are quiet It’s in a prime location in Hampton Bays, NY at a great price with great people that really want you to have a great stay. What more do you want. Thank you both. We all loved it.

Hamptons and the girls

We were very pleased with our stay on this property. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and the house was beautiful and clean and centralized for all our plans. We had a small issue with the hottub the first night but the host was very accommodating and fixed the issue promptly. She answered all our questions promptly and was available 24/7 to us. We would absolutely use this house again.

Outstanding!

This home was fantastic! The location was close to everything, but tucked nicely out of the way in a very nice neighborhood. Everything we could have asked for was thoughtfully provided, as were so many other things that you wouldn’t expect. We had 8 adults in our party and we were very comfortable. Lots of space to congregate or spread out. The owner was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to any questions. Great place! Great hosts! Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway!

As first time visitors to the Hamptons, we were very appreciative for the hosts' prompt responses to all questions / communications. They were very pleasant and great to deal with. The property itself is stunning. A beautiful, spacious home, both inside and out, we had ample room for us and our adult children to enjoy each other's company, but also to spread out for quiet time as needed. The deck with hot tub was a nice touch, nestled in the privacy of the wooded back yard... From the luxurious linens, to the fully appointed kitchen/bar area, this property is top notch. You can tell the hosts really care for their place and those who come to share it. Also, Ponquoqgue Beach is a quick drive away - so clean, so beautiful! -as are other restaurants, movie theater, etc. Don't hesitate - book it now!
