This house is beautifully maintained and truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace puts out wonderful heat and made the home especially cozy. The views of Keuka Lake are absolutely gorgeous, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed a week before Christmas, and the house was festively decorated, which made it such a lovely and peaceful respite. Host Julie was incredibly accommodating and gracious. We would happily stay here again.

This property is amazing! Pictures truly don't do it justice! The house was clean and comfortable - even the pull-out couch was comfortable. We really had an amazing time swimming, relaxing on the porch, and hanging out by the firepit at night. A true gem

Family Vacation

The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked. The view of Keuka Lake from their back yard was beautiful. We spent most evenings by the fire pit enjoying the view. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. The pool was a nice extra, unfortunately it was cool the week we stayed and only got to use it once.

Very cute cottage with a beautiful lake view. It was in the perfect spot to get to wineries and visit the cute towns. The house had everything we needed and more. It rained while we were there but they had so many different board games to try! The hosts were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

First impressions

Curb appeal set the tone. Eases if access reinforced our positive expectations. Appointments insude with notes that anticipated every question we might have showed just how thoughtful this host was. The weather was miserable and we did not get the opportunity to swim in the spectacularly clean pool, lounge on the deck, sit around the fire pit at night or play the lawn games this host made available but we'd go back in a minute. Thanks fir contributing to the success of our time together.

Fantastic in every way!

This was probably the cleanest VRBO that Shirl and I have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, well decorated, very accommodating and we felt at home. The winter views from the large windows were picturesque and so relaxing. Although we didn't use the outside amenities, the indoor fireplace was warm and inviting. The home was very well stocked from utensils to amenities and written information. We can't wait to return in the warmer weather. We highly recommend this property.

My family enjoyed our stay here. There was a minor problem, but guest rep Julie had it corrected as soon as possible. I would say that the property described as very accurate, the house seems secluded and is very quiet with the woods around but you are not far from the road. I would recommend this property to anyone who would like a peaceful vacay.

Excellent, Relaxing Getaway!

The house is tucked into beautiful countryside, but is close enough to some really wonderful shops, restaurants, and attractions. There's also plenty to do around the house! The pool and yard are well-kept, and the house itself was big enough for the 5 of us and still felt homey and cozy. It's in the heart of wine country, which makes for lovely scenery. Even though we aren't avid wine drinkers, we found plenty of fun and adventure around Keuka Lake and the surrounding cities and towns. We were able to communicate easily with the owners with any questions we had. We had a lovely time!

Cute House in Wine Country

My husband and I visited the cottage at the beginning of the off-season. There was beautiful foliage and the view of the lake was stunning, but we were late for the pool, so I can't review that or the kayaks. The home was decorated for fall with pumpkins and fall colors throughout, which was a thoughtful and adorable touch. We enjoyed the fire pit and there was wood right there for us to use as well as starter logs. Home furnishings are comfortable, which is a huge plus. We travel with our own linens/towels but the bed was made with nice quality sheets and comforter. The area is central to wineries, breweries, and distilleries and the owner left us a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was so thoughtful. There are so many games to play and the lawn was freshly mowed. Owners clearly take pride in putting their best host foot forward. Thank you for an enjoyable trip!

Great Getaway

We had an amazing time! Julie was so responsive and the best host! The house and everything in it was incredibly clean, and the outside was too! We couldn’t get enough of the view and the pool too. It’s less than 10 minutes from Hammondsport and the boat launch, which is nice if you want to grab some pizza or have a day on the lake. We would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in staying near Keuka Lake, and there’s a good chance we’ll be back again next year!

We loved staying at this charming cottage! It was the perfect location for kids. Not too close to the water and walkable to Keuka Brewery! Julie was responsive and thought of everything (and more) that her guests might need.
