When we arrived, we noticed they were doing construction outside as there were 2 large lifts taking over half of the parking out front. Once inside, we could see they were doing complete a complete interior renovation. When checking in, the clerk told me that our room was on the 4th floor and that it was the first to be renovated. „The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.“

„We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.“
