The Space:

Set across two levels, this modern townhouse is a comfortable and practical base whether you’re visiting Hamilton for work, an event, a family getaway or a weekend with friends. Upstairs are three queen bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite, giving everyone their own space while still being able to stay together under one roof.



Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are located upstairs and have been set up with a focus on a great night’s sleep, with quality beds, hotel-grade linen, comfortable pillows and blackout curtains.

Each bedroom also has its own air-conditioning unit, so guests can control the temperature to suit them throughout the year.

The master bedroom includes a desk and chair, providing a convenient workspace if you’re travelling for business or need to catch up on emails during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners.

We provide everyday cooking essentials including oil, herbs and seasonings, along with a complimentary coffee station for your morning brew.

The six-seat dining table gives the whole group plenty of room to eat together.



Living & outdoor area

The open-plan lounge connects seamlessly with the outdoor area through large doors, creating a bright and relaxed indoor-outdoor living space.

Other Things to Note:

All bedrooms are located on the first floor, so be prepared for a short flight of stairs.

As part of our standard pre-check-in process, guests are required to complete ID verification and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests will also have the option to purchase a damage waiver for added protection during their stay.
