„This was a simple hotel. It was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The neighborhood is a bit rough but the hotel was full and noone had any issues. “

„Staff was weird and creepy! Did not take payment onsite until after my family and I were going into the room. And we were confused as why the office dude had to walk to our room as we’re walking in and tells us everything is good. “

„The only thing was check in is a 3 pm and we got to check in but the room was not cleaned and ready until 9pm that night not sure what happen here but Hyatt did make it right “

„Fine hotel. Clean. Breakfast was a miss. Western omelettes and chicken sausage? If you didn't want cereal or a waffle, those were your choices. Ran out of coffee, out of hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit. I mean, can you just put some coffee and food out? “

„The room was clean. Bathroom has been recently renovated. Shower was very good with lots of hot water and very good shower head. Over all I was pleased with the room. The only negative was the continental breakfast. Non existent. They really should not advertise that they have one.“
