At the checkin the reception simply charged my credit card streight 100€ and 50€ over the room rate without telling me about it. And when I say they took it, I mean they took it, because they have not reserved the funds from the card, they have taken it streight out of my account, without telling me.The aircon in the room didn´t work and the room was very warm. In the shower the to short showerhose was equipped with a 2$ water-saver, the water pressure was so low, that it took 30 minutes to realy take a sufficient shower with a 10$ shower head. I booked the room over internet with the option for breakfast, at checkin I stated that I do not need beakfast, because I had sheduled meeting in the morning. I have not checked out and I received an invoice incl. breakfast.I had to extend my stay for another day and I told the reception about my problems, the reception has been very kind, but they told me we cant do anthing bout it and they cannot change the ivoice, nor to pay me the overpaid funds back, which is completely inacceptable. But that is not the icepeak, in the evening I checked my accounts and the hotel has overcharged me again. After asking the reception, because nobody has informed me about any additional charges, that they reserve 50€ per night on the creditcard for any additional charges? But they have not reseved it, they took it from my bank account.Breakfast story, on the third day I ordered breakfast, well after 45 min waiting no breakfast, but I had to pay!
