The Space:

HG4A offers contemporary comfort in a beautiful bushland setting, with generous spaces to gather and room to enjoy some quiet time. Thoughtful design and quality finishes make it an inviting retreat for families, friends and couples exploring the Grampians.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

• Two upstairs master bedrooms each have a queen bed, mountain views and private ensuite.

• A separate parents’ retreat between the bedrooms provides a couch, TV and work area.

• One master bedroom opens onto the upstairs balcony, with views through the treetops.

• The two downstairs bedrooms each offer two single beds that can be zipped together to form a queen.

• A downstairs bathroom with a bath and two downstairs toilets provide convenience for groups.

• A rollaway bed is available for a ninth guest.

• Bed linen and towels are supplied.



Cooking and dining

Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen with European appliances, then gather around the large dining table. The generous deck offers barbecue and dining facilities overlooking the National Park, making leisurely meals outdoors part of the experience.



Relaxing indoors and out

Watch for kangaroos, emus and native birds, enjoy a drink on the balcony or settle into the comfortable living area. The shared outdoor firepit offers another welcoming spot to spend time together.



An electric log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer help make your stay comfortable in every season.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire HG4A home to yourselves, including its deck and upstairs balcony.



Although HG4A and HG4 are side by side, each offers privacy from the other. Guests of both homes share the outdoor firepit.



Explore nearby walking trails or stroll into Halls Gap for cafés, dining and supplies.



The Neighborhood:

With Grampians National Park on your doorstep and Halls Gap within walking distance, Serenity makes it easy to enjoy the best of both. Start your morning watching kangaroos graze nearby, with emus and native birds often visiting too.



Follow the track behind the property into town for a coffee, a relaxed meal or an ice cream. Nearby walks include Clematis Falls and Venus Baths, while those seeking a more demanding hike can head towards Chatauqua Peak.



Further afield, spend a day at Halls Gap Zoo, explore the region’s wineries or discover the Grampians with a local adventure guide. Whether your ideal day involves bushwalking, wildlife or simply slowing down together, there’s plenty to enjoy before returning to the comfort of Serenity.



Getting Around:

Getting around Halls Gap is easiest with your own vehicle. Free parking is available on the street. The nearest major airport is Melbourne Airport (MEL), approximately a 3-hour drive away. Public transport options are limited in this area.

• The home spans two levels, with both master suites and the parents’ retreat upstairs.

• Please let us know your preferred downstairs bedding arrangement before arrival.

• A portacot is available; please bring your own cot linen.
