„The property is really nice. It had a lot of things that we needed in the kitchen, laundry room. and bathroom. You didn't have to buy a lot of supplies. I like that this had a private fence. I was able to enjoy being outside and have privacy. If we had any questions or concerns, the host was very courteous and kind and address them. Overall my state was wonderful.“

„I did not enjoy my stay at this location. First, I was welcomed by a pungent smell of weed in my room. Security came and verified that someone had smoked weed in the room. Mind you, this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I was later moved to another room two doors down which was a lot better than the first one, but still smelled of weed. „The location and resort are absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was incredible both during the day and at night—truly breathtaking. The check-in process had a few hiccups, however, the property manager was flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.That said, once we were settled in, the stay was great. „My husband and I have been searching for our "go-to" home in the Ft. Lauderdale area for years. Well ... we found it! This home is everything it is pictured to be and more. Beautiful interior, very clean, more amenities than we have ever experienced in a rental home, and perfect, completely private pool area. Just can't extoll the wonderful features enough. „The property did not advertised valet parking only at $30/day. Valet was not truly what we all know of valet. We had to go across the other building, go up on the 3rd floor of the car garage that smelled very bad to weed. The apartment was advertised as a four bedroom, but it was more like 3 1/2. The fourth one was a walled room out of the dinning room without closet, dresser and far from a restroom. There were parties on the floor above us way past midnight.“
