„Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt leider aufgrund einer Planänderung nicht antreten. Daher hatten wir sowohl über Expedia als auch beim Hotel eine Kulanzanfrage für eine Erstattung gestellt. Weder von Expedia noch vom Hotel haben wir je eine Antwort erhalten. Stattdessen sollen wir ein Hotel bewerten, in dem wir nie übernachtet haben. Sowohl von Expedia als auch vom Hotel sehr unprofessionell!“

„Be careful when you book this hotel (through Expedia). We (a family of four with kids) had seemingly booked a non smoking room through Expedia months in advance of our stay and had mentioned explicitely that we need a non smoking room in the booking. When we arrived we have received a smoking room; no other room was available since the hotel has been completely booked out.
