„Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. „Super Zimmer - Pillow Corner ist top.“

„This is a nice hotel in the harbour area of Hakodate. It has a good onsen with beautiful views of the city and harbour.“

„Very friendly staff, easy check in, near the trainstation. :)“

„Hotel is in 5 min walking distance to Hakodate Station and the Morning Market is just outside the hotel. Many sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location. This is already the 3rd Tokyu Stay hotel, that I visited in Japan and in this one the rooms are a little bit bigger than in the other Toky Stay hotels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If I would only compare it to hotels in that price range, I would have given 5 Stars, but since I also reviewed hotels ...

„Das Zimmer war toll, das Personal hervorragend, was will man mehr?“

„It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!“

„Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.“

„Super friendly staff. They even picked me up from the station because I arrived late in Hakodate. They also helped with sightseeing planning. The Japanese style room was quiet, big and had everything I needed. The shared bathroom was always clean. The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and therefore a good starting point for sightseeing. Don't hesitate to ask the staff if you need something - they will always try to help you out!“
