„3回目（毎回５泊６日）の利用でした。立地条件が良く居住性は良いです。 ベッドマットレスがへたっていたので、体が沈み込み寝返りをうったり起き上がるのが大変でした。ソファーも同様でした。 新しいベッドマットレス（しっかりした腰のある）に変えてほしいです。“

„Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. Just wondered if this might not be great for some people sensitive to ...

„Super Zimmer - Pillow Corner ist top.“

„Really lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Breakfast was great“

„近くにツルハ　セコマがあって便利だと思う“

„This is a nice hotel in the harbour area of Hakodate. It has a good onsen with beautiful views of the city and harbour.“

„Hotel is in 5 min walking distance to Hakodate Station and the Morning Market is just outside the hotel. Many sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location. This is already the 3rd Tokyu Stay hotel, that I visited in Japan and in this one the rooms are a little bit bigger than in the other Toky Stay hotels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If I would only compare it to hotels in that price range, I would have given 5 Stars, but since I also reviewed hotels ...

„Very friendly staff, easy check in, near the trainstation. :)“

„Das Zimmer war toll, das Personal hervorragend, was will man mehr?“

„It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!“

„Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.“

„Prima hotel als tussenstop“

„Zimmer war sauber Personal freundlich und professionell. Leider das Hotel war 2007 oder 2008 renoviert. Leider ist das Hotel nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein ist nicht für Leute das 170 oder höher sind. Leider ist auch nicht geeignet für Leute mit Behinderung. Ich finde diese Sachen können langsam auch den heutigen Standard gestellt werden.“

„Super friendly staff. They even picked me up from the station because I arrived late in Hakodate. They also helped with sightseeing planning. The Japanese style room was quiet, big and had everything I needed. The shared bathroom was always clean. The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and therefore a good starting point for sightseeing. Don't hesitate to ask the staff if you need something - they will always try to help you out!“

„We had a very pleasant stay. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Communication in English language was very easy and we liked that the hotel had prepared some information material in English. The rooms were a bit dated but totally clean. The hotel is located near a tram stop which is very convenient and even the train station is within walking distance. At night the surrounding area is very quiet. No restaurants around but there are some convenience stores. The rooftop area is ...
