„2泊しました。おそらく、2日目の日中にアメニティの補充があったのですが、事前にその情報がなく施設内の洗濯機で使ったタオルを洗っていました。使ったまま置いておいたら交換してくれたのかな？と思います。確認すればよかったです。“

„Super Hotel - stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer erwischt wo bereits viele Menschen mit dem Koffer an der Wand gefahren sind. Das hat irgendwie das tolle Gefühl runtergezogen. Es muss halt mal gestrichen werden ansonsten gibt es nichts zu sagen “

„Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.“

„Hotel is in 5 min walking distance to Hakodate Station and the Morning Market is just outside the hotel. Many sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location. This is already the 3rd Tokyu Stay hotel, that I visited in Japan and in this one the rooms are a little bit bigger than in the other Toky Stay hotels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If I would only compare it to hotels in that price range, I would have given 5 Stars, but since I also reviewed hotels ...

„Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl an verschiedensten Speisen und Möglichkeiten. Sehr leckeres Fischangebot. Entspannende Atmosphäre mit leiser Musik im Hintergrund. Lage perfekt Service zuvorkommend und stets freundlich“

„Das Hotel ist in zentraler Lage und bietet neben dem Frühstück auch ein Abendessen an. Mein Mann hat eine Meeresfrüchte und Schalentiere Allergie. Das Personal hat sich viele Gedanken über eine Änderung gemacht. Das Onsen auf der oberen Etage war sehr gut. Hinterher wurde auch Eis angeboten. Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Probleme gibt es mit der Verständigung in Englisch, aber dieses Problem gab es in jedem Hotel. Grundsätzlich stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Hotel.“

Communication in English language was very easy and we liked that the hotel had prepared some information material in English. The rooms were a bit dated but totally clean. The hotel is located near a tram stop which is very convenient and even the train station is within walking distance. At night the surrounding area is very quiet. No restaurants around but there are some convenience stores. The rooftop area is ...

„Super friendly staff. They even picked me up from the station because I arrived late in Hakodate. They also helped with sightseeing planning. The Japanese style room was quiet, big and had everything I needed. The shared bathroom was always clean. The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and therefore a good starting point for sightseeing. Don't hesitate to ask the staff if you need something - they will always try to help you out!“
