„I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. „Das Gebäude selbst ist selbst schon sehr beeindruckend und liegt direkt hinter den alten Stadtmauern. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und beinhalten alles, was man benötigt. Ein Föhn ist beim Empfang zu leihen. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit im Bad zu wünschen übrig. Überall lagen Haare herum. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist groß und geschmacklich insgesamt in Ordnung.“
