FlipFlop Inn is the perfect getaway in a central location for the whole family to enjoy including your well behaved dog.

Fully fenced in, this property is a rare find. Unwind and soak in the sunshine on the expansive deck with your favorite drink in your hand. The crystal clear waters of Hahei beach are only a flat 8 minute walk away. Take your kids to the playground whilst you enjoy a game of tennis at the courts only 2 minutes away from the house.

FlipFlop Inn has fantastic indoor outdoor flow with wide sliding doors opening out onto the spacious deck. Here you can choose to either immerse in the sunshine by opening the louvers or closing them for a relaxing nap in the shade. The spacious lounge downstairs and a second lounge upstairs are great spaces to entertain the family with plenty of books and board games for everyone to enjoy. 

The track to Cathedral Cove, one of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand, reopened in December 2024. An absolute MUST DO!

FlipFlop Inn features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 

Downstairs: 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom

Upstairs: 1 Queen bedroom (Please note that this room is not completely shut off from the downstairs lounge and is only separated through a room divider as pictured in the photos).

1 Single bed in upstairs lounge/kids playroom 1 bathroom

If convenient, we will welcome you on arrival. Otherwise, simply let yourselves inside and reach out should you need anything.

Linen & Towels are provided excl. Beach Towels which can be hired for $5.00/each.

Ecostore products are also provided at the house.

We stock up the pantry with cooking oil, salt & pepper.

Cleaning is also included in the rate, please leave the house tidy.
