„The room was modern, clean and we felt safe in the area. The room is on the smaller side, but the bathroom was sizeable and it was nice having a mini "kitchenette" portion with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery if needed. It was super convenient to have the door right next to the parking spaces, so we were easily able to walk in/ out of the room and to our car without many steps.The entry is a keypad format, which was convenient for us to not have to carry keys/ a card key.The property manager ...

„My husband and I traveled with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 12) and the 90’s fun house was a perfect spot to experience CDA for a few days! It’s a little removed from the downtown bustle but very close driving distance (less than a few miles) to everything we wanted. „This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. „This was perfect for me and my husband. I was a little nervous about the separate bathroom but it was so easy! I loved the comfort of the cabin. I also felt perfectly safe in this location. „We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. „Loved this little cottage! It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is attractively furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire place is spotless. My little dog loved the big, fenced back yard. The resident white bunnies are fun to to watch. I’ll definitely be back.“
