„普通のアパート内の何部屋かをホテルとしておられる感じでした。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、バスタオル、薄手のバスローブ、アメニティ（歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなど）の他、食器やカトラリー類に加え、食器用洗剤とスポンジや浄水器のようなものもあり、便利でした。 一般的なホテルにあるお茶のティーバッグやスティックコーヒーのようなものはありませんので、必要な方は持参すると良いかと思います。 一番有り難かったのは、宿泊したお部屋（3b）は、高くなっている床にマットレスが直置きしてあったことから、動かして2台並べることができた点です。 2歳の子供との初めての一泊旅行でしたが、ベッドからの転落を気にすることなく、安心して過ごすことができました。 場所も、歩いてすぐの所に天保山マーケットやコンビニがあり、非常に便利でした。 スタッフの方との連絡もこまめに取れ、ありがたかったです。 使用済み紙おむつの処分を事前に伺ったところ、ご快諾いただけたのも、本当にありがたかったです。 また近くに旅行に来る機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。“

„朝、併設のぺ～かリーで食事をしました。焼きたてのクロワッサンを案内してくれました。美味しくいただきました。コーヒーも安くて美味しかったです。 お部屋も清潔でゆったりしていました。“

„It is very close to the Osaka-koh station and very convenient to commute to the EXPO. Very friendly staffs especially Korean- speaking lady who is very kind and warm to greet you which makes your stay comfortable and feel at home in some degrees. She kindly guided me to take a bus instead of trains to go to Osaka station with heavy luggage because the bus stop is located nearby the hotel and we do not need to do up-and-downs with suitcases. Small but clean room. No microwaves in a hotel room but ...

When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old).
