360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this brand new, designer finish APT just off the amazing GZIRA COAST. The apartment has been recently finished to the highest of standard whilst giving a lot of focus on maximum comfort.
The guests have also access to an amazing spacious living quarters with a fully equipped kitchen (long and short) a living area with large TV and SOFA with access to a private sunny balcony with outdoor furniture.

Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also the apartment is equipped with a dining part, sofa looking on the TV (Connected to the internet) and also a very comfy bed.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub. - Equipped for both short and long term rentals !
Bedrooms| 2 Bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. For over and above 4 folding beds the sofa bed can be opened.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
NOTE: AC`s are coin operated, the coin meter is reduced to half the rate of what generally electricity is worth. 2/3 Euros would do good to around 4-5 Hours worth.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Being just off the Gzira Promenade, this apartment is within walking distance from many amenities, such as restaurants, bars, convenience stores; also just up the road you will find one of Malta`s largest shopping complex with many amazing brands.
Moreover, just opposite the road you will find the fast ferry to Valletta making is very convenient and cheap to use.
The bus stop is only a few meters away from the apartment making it very cheap and easy to travel throughout the Maltese islands. We also offer 24/7 taxi service through the Airbnb application.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
