„i was assigned a room in 4th floor (no elevator) even though i am disabled person. Clerk lied and said there were no rooms in my cstogory in the lower floors, and that i had booked the asdigned room on the 4th floor. affter i informed her that i booked this catogory of room at the location before and my room was on the first floor the answer changed to all the lower rooms are full. Also clerk did not want to give me a reciept for the required deposit for the keycard. Only after much discussion ...

„Das Hotel von aussen und im Lobbybereich ist ok. Das Zimmer war sehr runtergekommen mit einer Klimaanlage, die ständige Knirschgeräusche machte, selbst wenn sie abgeschaltet war. Das Badezimmer stand unter Wasser, muss irgend was leck gewesen sein. Die Einzelbetten sind nur 80 cm breit, was für mich keinen erholsamen Schlaf bescherte. Frühstück ist ok, keine Beschwerden.“
