„This was an incredible house for our family reunion with 18 people- 13 adults and 5 kids! With the bedrooms in 2 wings on either side of the house and the living/play areas in the center, it made it super for napping kids to still have quiet while the rest of the family played. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any needs we may have had throughout the visit. The beachfront at the lake was wonderful and all of the toys, kayaks, paddleboards made our stay so fun! „This place had everything included that you would usually have to pay extra for or don't have the option to have it at all. Private beach, dock, volleyball court, canoe, paddle board, life jackets, and hot tub for the extra price of 0 dollars. They were all included. Consider that because it was super convenient. The house is also a mile away from a Marina so you can drop in and out boats and skis very easily. Also have gas on site.“

„Our family of 10 had a wonderful time! The house is very roomy, but also cozy plenty of room for family games, but also places inside and on patio for small group conversations or quiet reading. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped; there are several wine fridges and 3 regular sized refrigerators. The check in process was straight forward and Matt was very responsive when we had a few questions. This house really met our needs on every level. “

„We had a great time at the place! It was very comfortable and accommodating. We did have a couple of things we think we should point out that could be better. The lack of light on the side of the house where the stairs were was a little rough. It made it hard to see in the evening. Second, the balcony rails were a little shaky. I think they may need to be secured a little better. Everything else was perfect! “

„Heron' Cove is a great location with plenty of room for our family group of eight adults and four children under 10. We were in VA for our Son's wedding in Mineral, VA. The layout was perfect for our needs. We are already talking about a return trip. Fully equip kitchen (w/two refrigerators) made meals a breeze. Living room space on each floor and plenty of games/activities for the kids. The added bonus of lake accessories (kayaks and paddleboards) made for time well spent lakeside. Jay was ...
