Unlike modern high-rises, this one-of-a-kind property was built before the updated construction guidelines, allowing it to sit closer to the shoreline with unobstructed east and west views of the Gulf. This spacious 1,584 sq. ft. retreat comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it the perfect destination for families and groups. Please note: There is NO elevator available at this property.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great Location right on the beach. The rooms were clean the only issue was climbing the stairs. We planned to do some cleaning before we left and the day before we were gonna check out we noticed that we did not have a vacuum. I messaged the owner and they delivered a brand new one for the room. I would stay here again with my family.

This house was beautiful inside with amazing views. It was easy to get to the beach. For those coffee lovers, right across the street is piere 33, they have amazing esspresso! The only thing i suggest is bringing more blankets if you have a large group, or kids who wont share blankets as there really isnt enough blankets for the pull out beds. (Their was enough sheets though!) Overall we would stay here again! Great location, great house, easy and quick access to beach... doesnt get much better than that!

Good: reasonable price. Checkin was easy. Location was great. Right on beach. Heated pool. Near restaurants and shopping. Spacious. Great parking. Loved the finished balcony. Not great: No elevator made it difficult on 3rd floor for loading and unloading. The property was clean but in average condition overall. Decor was dated. Several Repairs needed. Undersized water heater for a unit that sleeps 11.

Nice place, but the oven didn't work, nor did the jacuzzi tub jets and ran out of hot water before it was even half full. Dryer didn't heat up very well, so it took forever to dry anything. Also it's up on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators.

Wasnt handicapped accessible

The internet didnt work , the front refrigerator didnt get cold on the bottom half, hot water was very limited. Also its not handicapped accessible when i put that as a filter this unit pulled up as handicapped accessible. My sister is in a wheelchair most of the time so that was very hard to get her up to the penthouse .

Stayed in penthouse A1. There was no lighting in the stairwell. All cabinets and drawers should have knobs on them. The 2 bedrooms on the right side of the penthouse were extremely warm. Parking passes were mentioned , but none were left. Nice place overall. Great view of the Gulf. Very clean and would recommend to a friend.

Nice weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The inside is very nice and it was one of very few condos that had 3 beds size full or bigger. The only complaint I have is that the parking for the penthouse was tight for a full size vehicle doable but tight. The beach access was very nice too, easy to get out there, but not busy. All in all it was a great weekend!

End of summer getaway

Nice location close to everything especially the beach. It is an older property with cosmetic flaws but overall nice place with lots of room for large groups or a few couples. All the photos are very accurate to the accommodations within the condo. Biggest disappointment was the windows in the sun room really looked forward to sitting in the evening with them open to listen to the waves crashing in, however the side balcony doors do allow a lot of sound to come up into the room. We are very hot natured and keep a cool house 68-69 so when the thermostat automatically resets to 74 every couple hours we were very annoyed to say the least I woke up in the middle of the night every night to turn it back down. Going up and down the stairs were by far the hardest part of the stay it is definitely not recommended for seniors to rent this property.

Great Location But A Few Snags

The Good: Location is right on the beach. Floor plan and sleeping situation was perfect for our group of 7 adults and one toddler. Building is somewhat older but comfortable. Food market only minutes away by foot was very convenient. Covered parking was very handy and we stored beach stuff in the cars, which saved us from carrying it all up the stairs and kept the sand out of the unit. One of our cars was an SUV with a car top carrier. It was too tall for the covered parking so we had to leave it out in the sun. The sun room and balconies were very nice... great views, always a breeze, felt like you were on the beach but only steps away from the fridge. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and appliances. We did receive a message advising us of limited amounts of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, bath tissue, bath soap, etc. It would have been nice to get this information sooner since we were already packed and on the road when we found this out. The Bad: Our check in time was 4:00, but received a text at 3:00 letting us know we would not be able to get in until 6:00 because the cleaners were running late. Pretty much screwed up our first evening. To walk to the beach you must pass through a locked gate. In the unit there were 2 key fobs which provided access. With 7 adults, 2 fobs were not enough. I called to try to get more but was denied. The convienience of being right on the beach was offset a bit by having to constantly shuffle the key fobs around everytime someone went back or forth. The other: We ended up using Ike's beach service to rent an umbrella and a couple chairs. This service was very convenient and tho not cheap, well worth not having to set stuff up and take it down every day. In conclusion I felt this rental was a good value and we had nice time staying there. If I went back with the same group of people, I might shop around just to compare but wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great stay in Gulf Shores at the Harbor House. The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach.

Loved the location

Agree with other reviews for this property. Bathrooms need an update. Jets not working in deep tub. Kitchen is well equipped. The view is spectacular but for us we will not go back because of steps and no elevator.

Wonderful memories made

The place had everything that you needed to cook!! Very nice location right on the beach!! There was 7 of us and had plenty of room!! Loved waking up and sit in the sunroom and watch the dolphins play and the ocean.. will stay again. Thanks so much
