This unit has been completely renovated. This unit is an Eastern corner unit on the 4th floor with amazingly beautiful sunrise views! It's balcony looks directly over the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a completely new Roman walk in shower along with new double vanities with granite tops and new plumbing fixtures. The guest bedroom offers both a twin bed & a full-size bed with a guest bathroom. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements.

The dining table seats 6 and 2 at the bar for family meals. Modern appliances in the kitchen with open floor plan to the living area for family gathering. Flat screen TVs in living room and each bedroom for optimal entertainment.

Located 1/4 mile from the popular Gulf Shores Public Beach/Hangout area in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama and is convenient to all that the area has to offer for your vacation needs. This property is special! Located in a low density condominium complex with only 48 units in the building. No waiting for the elevator! It also features a dedicated covered parking space.

This unit in Tropic Isle is also one of the most reasonably priced rental condo units in the Gulf Shores area!!

Grate place. Clean and a beautiful ocean front view.

Very clean and roomy. Nice furniture and a great water front view from the balcony. Kitchen was set up nicely along with the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up nicely as well. I will be stay there again.

Tropic Isles 401

Very nice property on the beach. Central to a lot of the restaurants. Make sure you bring your own beach towels as none are provided. All units have a gulf side balcony. Would recommend this unit.

Very good condo, kitchen well equipped. Great location and beautiful view, great weather. My nephew found 2 pairs of shoes under the bed. Appears they had not been swept under for some time, large bust bunnies und both beds. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great stay for our family! Convenient and Stress Free

Loved the stress free of the many conveniences. - Property was easy to get to, easy/close parking, etc... Our unit had a covered parking spot. - Not too large of a complex, so elevator usage was extremely convenient. - The size of the complex helps so the beach in front of the complex is not crowded. - Great balcony view view on the beach and easy trip to the beach. - Nice size pool that our kids greatly enjoyed. - Beach walking distance to the the public beach with volleyball courts, etc... The Hang Out, etc.... - Other restaurants, liquor stores, coffee shops, etc.. are walking distance.... Some right across the street. - Unit itself was a nice size. Large Master Bedroom, Bathroom/Shower. Good sized Kitchen, Pantry Dining Table with 6 chairs, Living Room, Balcony and second bedroom.

Gulf shores was a nice place more of a chilling relaxing place.

Tv in master bedroom didn’t work. Found cups under the bed when we arrived. The door lock was messed up couldn’t get in and out quickly. First place I’ve ever stayed at that wasn’t fully equipped. The place wasn’t terrible but it could have been a lot cheaper. Ive stayed at far more places for that price and they were in excellent condition.

Not as advertised

First booked this place because the listing says it has a hot tub. There is no hot tub. Fake News. Don’t show up planning on drinks at night in the hot tub. Got an email a couple days before arrival said we could check in at 12. We bought groceries and stuff before we got there. Got to the door. Couldn’t use the code provided. It didn’t work. finally got to talk to the manager. He said the #3 on the keypad doesn’t work. (Why in the hell send me a code with a 3 in it and know full well it’s not going to work). Anyway he told me where they key was so we got in (the lock on this door sucks so much. My kids could not lock the door). Walked into the condo it was not clean. I’m on the phone with the manager and he’s shocked. Told us to come back said he’d text when it’s ready. He never texted I had to inquire if it was done. Remember those groceries we got. Half of them we had to throw out. I did get an apology for that but apologies don’t replace groceries Anyway the room was clean. Night time comes. I try to turn on the tv. The one in the living room was on the wrong setting didn’t realize that until after the manager came the next day to help with the lock. Hold for that story The TV in the bedroom never worked the whole time. It was reported and I was told it would be fixed. NEVER got fixed. Next day manager came. He made a new code with out a 3. So we close the door and he shows me how it works. Door locked. Great…. He then tries the code again. Doesn’t work and we are officially locked out. The key is inside. He tells me he will be back with in 30 min and will text when he’s coming. He was not back in 30 min and never texted. He did bring a new key for the door and changed the battery in the lock. Never used the keypad the rest of the time. No part of this is embellished or false. It is a clean condo and great location.

Tropic Isle 401

This is our 3rd stay at Tropic aisle and second time in 401. We love this condo because of the small size, quick access to the beach, a short walk to local attractions like the hangout and a great pool/patio area. Overall, the condo could use a deep cleaning but nothing that ruined our stay. There is no longer a TV in the second bedroom which wasn’t pleasing for the kids. The dishwasher does not work. It runs but doesn’t actually get the dishes clean. The balcony furniture needs replaced with chairs that allow you to see over the balcony railing. They are cheap and not in great shape. We purchased a second parking pass for the week since we drove two cars down. It was not in the condo as we were told it would be upon arrival. We called the property manager right away and were told we would get one the next day. After multiple phone calls on several days, we never got the pass. We did get two notices on our car that we would be towed which was very frustrating since we paid extra for the pass. This is not something you want to worry about while trying to relax on vacation. We will stay here again as none of the “cons” are game changers for us. We love the location. The room is the perfect size for our family and the best location for the things we enjoy doing.
