Surfside Shores 1302 is located on the 3rd floor of Building One, offering a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and unwind on the spacious, well-furnished balcony after a fun day in the sun, taking in the breathtaking views and refreshing sea breeze.

This wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The guest room is furnished with a cozy queen bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare your meals. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or just brewing your morning coffee, you'll find everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The open layout provides a seamless transition between the kitchen, dining area, and living room, where you can relax and enjoy the views through the large windows and balcony access.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The property was as described. It was easy to find and access. The unit is direct oceanfront and had a very nice view which was of primary importance to us. Things to consider would be the size of the unit. It’s 2 bedroom, 2 bath but doesn’t have a lot of square footage and felt cramped in the bedrooms. The beds are a bit firm. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but the cookware needs updating. Our biggest complaint was the musty smell that we believe came from the front load washer. It was very unpleasant to walk into a unit that smelled. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to Hurricane Helene and made a hasty retreat.

Location is 5 stars

This property is exactly as described and pictured. Living room furniture is comfortable and is great for family of 4. In my opinion you cannot beat the location. We never waited for the elevator. All guests were friendly and courteous. Walk down to the beach is perfect especially with smaller kids. The AC worked very well. The kitchen is well equipped and washer and dryer worked well. Beds were comfortable. It would be a bit tight with more than 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Zero complaints.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well stocked to cook and live for a week. We enjoyed the heated pool and short walk to the beach! Only complaint is that the people below us were frequently smoking on their balcony and the smell was terrible. But we would stay here again!

We had a glorious month vacation at this lovely condo on the beach! The condo was clean, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. Loved the beachy feel Inside & Out! Nice Fall break

This was a great place to stay as a family of four. We did have an issue with fruit flies upon arrival. I contacted the property manager (to let them know) and they had stated that they would send someone out to get rid of the fruit flies. We declined due to not really wanting anyone in there while we were out. The property manager stated that fruit flies are a common problem in the area during this time of the year. The property was very family-friendly, and close to restaurants and entertainment. We loved the balcony and easy access to the beach. Would recommend!

A few problems and lockbox would not open at checkout.

The condo looked nice, like in the pictures. But the condo floors were not clean, hair and sandy. The WI-FI did not work. We had to call the WI-FI company. The tech came out later the next day and had to replace wires in the wall to get it to work. The 1st night sleeping in the queen bedroom was awful. The bed mattress literally creaked with just taking your hand to push down on the mattress. There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress. We had to lay pillows down in the middle of the bed so you didn’t roll into one another. I was making the bed in the morning and noticed a lump at the bottom of the bed, there was a pair of ladies DIRTY Socks wadded up at the bottom of the bed and sand!!! How disgusting!!! I took the sheets from the pull out couch. We stripped the bed and decided to try to flip the mattress, maybe the sag in the middle would get better??? We removed the fitted mattress pad and there were multiple yellow pee spots as big as dinner plates on the mattress. We put the mattress pad back on the bed. Neither one of us slept for crap the whole week with pillows in the middle of the bed. The owner needs to buy a new mattress! But on a happy note… the other couple slept great in the master bedroom. I did call the Gulf2 Beach phone number to tell them about the bed and ask if we could get wash clothes for the kitchen, there were none to wash off the table or do dishes. Towels were very sparse. Only 2 dish towels, bathrooms had 1 hand towel each, 2 wash clothes and 2 towels. I told them about the mattress and dirty socks!!! Housekeeping dropped off more towels. That next afternoon we were sitting on the patio and my sister-in-law says,, look there’s a small rat running on the brick pavers outside unit 2 building, Oh yeah… long tail!!! The next day it was laying there dead…3 days. We reported it to a guy in the lobby, we never seen anyone picking up the condo grounds. Rest of our week was good though. Seen 🐬jumping from our patio. 😊

Great trip

Overall this was a great property. We loved being here in October when things weren’t as busy. The condo itself was just enough and getting access to the elevator, lobby and beach was super easy. Construction going on during the week was a drawback, but that is nothing that Vrbo could control. The cleanliness of the property also wasn’t great: we found old socks, a Tylenol pill, and a cup used for liquid medicine that was left behind. But overall we had a great week and would stay again.
