Parking: A parking pass is required and costs $40 per vehicle per stay (maximum 2 vehicles). You’ll receive a purchase link after booking — please buy and display your pass visibly on the dashboard upon arrival. No boats, trailers, jet skis, or oversized vehicles are permitted.

• Check-in & Check-out: Self check-in is available with a keypad lock for easy 4 PM arrival. Checkout is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible depending on availability — just ask!

• House Rules: This is a non-smoking property (including balconies). No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the number of confirmed guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure everyone enjoys the peaceful resort setting.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Pets: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to complex policies and to keep the space fresh for all guests.

• Amenities & Access: All resort amenities (pools, sauna, beach access, etc.) are shared and available during posted hours. Please be courteous to other guests and follow all community guidelines. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent nearby.

• What’s Provided: The condo is fully stocked with high-quality linens, towels, kitchen essentials, coffee maker, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. A starter supply of paper products, trash bags, and toiletries is included — please bring extras for longer stays or plan to pick up more at the nearby Sassy Bass Market.

• Security: The gated community provides 24/7 on-site security for added peace of mind.
