The South Master Bath has a CUSTOM BUILT WALK IN SHOWER. The North Master Bath has a TV with a DEEP SOAKING TUB WITH SHOWER, and a window viewing the Bay. The condo has HIGH-RESOLUTION SMART HD TV’s, CABLE, STREAMING, complimentary WI-FI, New Floor Tile and Paint, and NO POPCORN CEILINGS. Being a WEST-END CORNER Three Bedroom, the home has ONE ADDITIONAL BALCONY, THREE ADDITIONAL WINDOWS, AND TWO ADDITIONAL SLIDING GLASS DOORS. The windows and doors fill the home with SUNLIGHT, VIEWS, and the SOUNDS OF THE BEACH AND SURF. To be sure you enjoy your vacation, no expense has been spared. Our condo features a FULLY-STOCKED KITCHEN WITH STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES INCLUDING A SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR PROVIDING FILTERED ICE AND WATER. The galley kitchen opens into the living area so you won't miss anything when preparing meals. You'll HIGH END DISHWARE, SILERWARE, COOKWARE, GLASSES, AND UNENSILS THAT MAKE MEALS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS ENJOYABLE. In the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee watching the Sunrise from the dining/living area on the LARGE BEACHFRONT BALCONY. The Beachside balcony can be accessed through the living room or the South Master bedroom. It will easily accommodate eight to ten people. In the evening you will enjoy watching the Sunset from the Beachfront and Bayside balconies.

PRIVATE BALCONIES ON EACH END provide Terrific Views of the Beach and Gulf on the South Side and the Bay on the North Side. You can watch the Sun begin to set from the Beach/Gulf-side balcony (PIC), then watch the culmination from the bay-side balcony as the Sun slowly disappears behind the bay (PIC).

ZERO-ENTRY POOL: (SEE PICS) Aside from enjoying the SUGAR WHITE SAND AND TURQUOISE WATER of the Gulf of Mexico just a few feet from Ocean House, you'll want to EXPERIENCE OUR CUSTOM MADE ZERO-ENTRY POOL - BUILT-IN SEATING/WATERFALLS, 2 KIDDIE POOLS, SHADED SEATING AREA, and UNDERWATER LIGHTS THAT CREATE A BEAUTIFUL EFFECT AT NIGHT AS THEY CHANGE THE POOL FROM GREEN to RED to PURPLE.

COMPLIMENTS OF OWNER: 8 BEACH CHAIRS, WAVE BOARDS, AND KID'S SAND TOYS are in balcony closet. DVD's, Cards, Puzzles, and Board Games are in the TV stand.

LOCATION: Ocean House is conveniently located 1 mile from Hgy 59 and the Hangout. You'll be able to walk to the numerous restaurants, activities, and entertainment venues located close-by.
