Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

• Waterville USA: This is a fun water park that offers a variety of water rides, slides, pools, and attractions. It also features a mini-golf course, go-karts, and an arcade.
• The Wharf at Orange Beach: This is a popular entertainment district that offers a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It features an amphitheater that hosts live concerts and events, a Ferris wheel, a movie theater, and various restaurants and shops.
