The open concept living room is a cozy spot, large with a television for entertainment and relaxation. Here you can stay connected with high-speed internet, share your beachside moments and savor the sea breeze on your private balcony.
The fully stocked kitchen is all a treat with upgraded appliances and everything you need to whip up a seafood feast.
Step outside to your private balcony – perfect for savoring the sunrise or watching the sunset. But wait, there's more! Dive into the outdoor pool when the sun is shining, flip some burgers at the BBQ spot, and if you're feeling fancy relax in the sauna with your new condo pals. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
