CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

View was fabulous! Outdoor chairs were nice. Set up of condo was nice. Beds were super comfy! Pretty clean although air conditioning closet was filthy. Broken blind in master bedroom. Dresser drawers falling apart. Dryer didn’t work well at all. One roll of TP for each bathroom. I would recommend allowing guests to leave salt, pepper, cooking oils, paper plates, coffee and filters, etc. This is the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t allow that. Beach closet downstairs was awful with lots of rotting items and bugs. We straightened it up a bit but it needs a thorough cleaning and items thrown out. Overall, we would stay again but only for a much lower price.

Booking and check in as expected. Upon arriving at the property we found the elevator to be unusable due to the horrible oder from the dumpster next to the elevator. We though no problem for the night only 6 floors of steps with a weeks worth of stuff for the beach for 4 days. I sent a message to the property and found air freshener inside the elevator the next day. After one use we found the orders to be back and continued to just use the steps. So after 10 hours in the car with 5 kids we were ready for bed. Let the fun begin. Listing was for up to 10 to sleep. 2 of the beds were suitable to sleep in all the rest were either bad or completely broken. Twin bunks were the best of the bad only needing tightened to feel any of my kids were safe to sleep there. Queen bed had a broken box spring leaving the bed on a pretty good lean towards the headboard all the time. Sleeper sofa which my oldest boy was planning to sleep in was completely unusable. As you opened it up you would find the mattress to fold down to the floor on the sofa end. Now down 2 beds I reached out to the management office early in the morning to get this resolved before bed. 7:30a via email. No response. At 4pm I called to find out what was going to happen. I was told the manager was in a meeting and could not be bothered. In my opinion if you are in a Management role in a service business your customers are never a bother. Would love for owner to reach out to hear the rest. Very disappointed.

For starters checking in was the first issue. Never received my text of the code after waiting until after 4 so I had to call the customer service to get the code so I finally got that after 4:20. Next the bathrooms were small and the tubs was not as clean as it should have been. Next, the pull out bed on the couch DOES NOT work, broken! So that is one less bed. The dryer takes all day/night to dry one load of laundry. Does not get hot what so ever. Lastly, while I was leaving and putting the bags in the car the code that I received Friday did not work. I had until 10:00 a.m today (Sunday June 1st) to check out. I was checking out at 8 am. My code stopped working in the middle of me going back and fourth to pack the car with our luggage so I had to find a way to call that SAME number that I did to check in to give me access to get back in the room mind you I had 2 more ours until I could checkout, but I was leaving early so why did my access code stop working?! The elevator is small so only two people could fit and they were doing construction inside. The only reason I’m giving it a an overall rating of 3 is because of the view. We had a beach front view but other than that I would have given it a lower rating. Checking in and out was a pain

This condo unit has a nice view and easy beach access. The building is in need of some updates as things are a little tattered in places. The managing offices were very responsive to our calls for service while there. All in all this unit served our needs but it needs some updating.

4th of July trip!

This was my first time staying with the whaler and only bad thing I could complain about is maybe some updates but other than that everything was perfect. For new renters only 2 passes allowed. The parking lot is small so 2 is the max. Also there is no front desk. Everything was easily accessible and easily to find. And the manger was so helpful with all my questions. Also if you wanting to see fireworks for New Year’s Eve/ 4th of July, we were definitely able see them from our balcony or on the beach. Would stay here again!

The room was nice if only everything had functioned as it should. On arrival the room was not clean the floor was nasty. The king size room did not have no AC, the TV did not work, dishwasher did not work. Both toilets stopped up, the plumber used our bath towels to clean the run over up out of the floor, and no new towles was delivered.

Penthouse vacay

The place was very roomy. We had adequate towels and washclothes since we could wash. I had read reviews about it not being clean enough, but everyone’s view of clean is different. However, it was not clean. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, there were dishes in cabinets with stuff on them, the place had a funky smell-so much so that I sprayed Lysol on everything trying to rid the smell. The coffee table is falling apart, cushions on kitchen chairs are ripped and coming off, several plug outlets did not work, closet light in master bedroom didn’t work… It definitely needs some TLC. We didn’t necessarily come to hang out in the room so it didn’t ruin our trip. We still had fun. We had 6 kids from 2-16. The kiddie pool was great. I wasn’t a fan of the other pool because half was indoors and the other was outside, if the kids were in the inside I couldn’t see them if I were sitting outside. It was in a convenient location, but, because the pool is a big thing for our family, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. If it weren’t for that, I would be willing to stay in another room. But likely not to rent the same room again. It seems there have been reviews for quite some time that the place needs TLC but has yet to get it. Check in and out was very easy. No complaints there.
