With floor to ceiling windows and access to a private gulf-front balcony the living room will bring the ultimate relaxation. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a traditional southern meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and seating for 2 at the breakfast counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and access to the amazing views you can see from the balcony. The bathroom has a tub shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. There is a queen size sofa sleeper and full size Murphy Bed in the living room that allows this beach retreat to sleep up to 8 people.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
