We hadva few issurs atnthe Condo.1. One roll of toilet tissue is inadequate. I was told we had to buy our own after the 1st roll was gone. This is a chincy policy considering all the "additional" charges by BR. At least orivide 2 per bathroom! Common Brett R, TP us less than 1 per roll.2. The outflow of the bathtub faucet in 2nd bath room was very slow, low glow and low pressure. That shower also had low pressure. The toilet sest in that br was loose.3. Kitchen sink/ dishwasher - water backed up from the sink with garbage disposal into the dishwasher and overflowed in the floor. Maintenance guys came on 2 evenings. One said the water going into the garbage disposal overflows into the top hose that goes to the dishwasher . As a result of these, we did not use the dishwasher.Other than those issues, the inconvenience of the water on the floor & having to be there for the maintanance guys the condo was good.
