The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, 50" smart tv, closet with hangers, as well as a dresser and linen armoire where you will find the bath towels as well as beach towels. The 2nd bedroom features a full-size bed as well as a twin loft bed with plenty of storage in the stairs and a 43" smart tv. The indoor air is purified by an AC duct air purifier UV light.

PARKING DETAILS AND FEES

Upon arrival, you need to check in at the office located in Island Winds East to get a parking pass. There is a $50 fee for each car if you prepay on the parking portal (website) at least one day prior to arrival, and you can purchase up to 2 passes. Passes not prepaid cost $60. Passes are valid for the length of your stay. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Parking pass policies are mandated by the HOA.
