Diese 4. Stock Einheit ist eine nicley dekoriert große geräumige Einheit. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie beide bedoorms. Es gibt begehbare Duschen in beiden Bädern und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit alles, was man brauchen, um Mahlzeiten vorzubereiten. Sie werden den großen Balkon direkt an der Speisesaal und Wohnzimmer genießen. Meer verfügt über 2 direkt am Meer Pools, ein Hallenbad, zwei große Grillplätze, Tennisplätze und ein Fitnessraum. Meer liegt direkt am zuckerweißen Strand, die Sie aus dem smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko trennt. Das Orange Beach Wohnung ist nur fünf Meilen östlich von Gulf Shores, Alabama. Sie werden moderne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb einer Meile finden. Kirchen, 10 erstklassige Golfplätze und Angeln sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Check in was quick and painless. Perfect size for four adults. Kitchen space was great. Quick access to the beach and pool. Beach was clean along with pool. Quick drive to any store and restaurants. Had to play around with TV, but figured it out quickly. Loved the place and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Spacious and Clean

Very clean and lots of room. Comfy beds. Check-in was easy, though not on this property. Starter supplies were pretty basic, but adequate. Satellite TV took a bit of work to get signal. Great view from large balcony, but only had seating for two. Could definitely use another set of chairs, considering this was a 3 br unit. Very loud construction grinding noises began at 9 each morning ands went on through the day. While I understand this is out of the owner’s control, a small discount or even a notice in advance would have been considerate.

This was our first time staying at Seaside Beach & Raquet Club. We loved the ease of the condo to the beach access and the view we had from our condo. The unit itself was clean and same as the photos we saw online. The only real issues we had the washer was extremely small and did not spin water out well at all so it took forever to dry and once dry felt like the clothes had a mildew smell to them. I eventually quit washing anything because it felt like I was wasting time, you could only wash 2 towels at a time it seemed. Second thing were the tv’s need to be updated. We were on vacation so not there for tv but at night before bed or early morning it was issues to watch them. They were not smart tv’s so I couldn’t simply stream anything and one room the cable was broke we reported it and someone came quickly and then the tv people did as well to swap receivers but after they left it still didn’t work and I didn’t want to hassle with it. Overall very good and we would more than likely rent this same unit.

Great stay!

Property was cleaned and nice. We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn’t spend a lot of time there. I had to work on this trip in the evening and my daughter accidentally unplugged the internet modem the night we arrived. And it would not come back on line. I reported it the next morning and they had the provider out and repaired it before we returned that evening. That was the only issue we had and handled perfectly. It was a great trip.

Right on the beach 3BR

While not directly facing the beach, the unit had an L shaped balcony where the longest side looked over the swimming pool and the beach beyond that. Nice unit with good furnishings, beddings, and full selection of utensils, dishes, etc. In the condo. There are flatscreen TVs in every room with a decent selection. We also connected our phones to watch our favorite apps on the TVs. There was also a nice selection of games and puzzles which we made use of in the evening and on the one rainy day that we had. The only downside was that the check-in was about a mile up the road, but it was a very easy process. Happy to stay again!

The overall property was great and great location. The sofa bed was no longer in the property , the handle on the refrigerator was broken on the bottom and most of the pans or dishes that we pulled out were dirty. Other than that everything was great! 😊

Pretty good

Had a good stay would of been alittle better if they wasn't doing work on the hotel from 8am-4pm everyday of the stay. It was very loud and sounded like it was above u. The condo was nice the beds was alittle hard, wished the kitchen had a few upgrades and a blow dryer as I'm used to most places having one. But overall good view and pretty clean facility.

Just a bunch of friends getting together for a well deserved vacation

The only reason I gave a 4/5 on check in; is because I didn’t have the directions previously and the building you check in at is down the road further from where you are staying. That wasn’t made clear previously but once we got that figured out, everything was amazing from there.

Clean stay close to beach

Condo was very clean. Right on the beach. Pools were nice. Not enough bath towels so we had to wash a load everyday. Also could have used more eating utensils, newer skillets. Other than that was a good stay for the price.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time. View is awesome. Can see the main pool right from our balcony which came In handy for Independent teens. We came in on Sunday and my code wasn’t in my email. I called the number off the office key box and they put in an emergency call to the owner who called me back and got me fixed up. Overall wonderful stay. Comfortable beds. Take some paper towels & toilet paper.

Graduation trip

Everything was good except we were informed app 2 weeks before arrival that we could only park one car on site due to roofing construction. Therefore I had to park one car off site and pay for parking. Was inconvenient to only have one car available for the 5 of us. Also door to pantry and door handle to balcony was broken. Was told it would be repaired 3rd day of if stay but no one ever showed up to repair it.

Unsanitary and cheaply maintained

This was the dirtiest, most unkempt condo I’ve ever stayed at. We showed up with dirty floors that made our feet black. The most disgusting part was that our bed pillow had mold growing on it and a big liquid stain (I would love to attach a picture). Not something people should be putting on their faces and a clear SAFETY HAZARD. There were roaches hiding in the kitchen, not enough towels, the balcony door handle was already loose and detached but we fixed it as best we could. This place did not provide dish soap or cleaning materials. The bed I slept in had a foul smell. The beds are clearly as cheap as they come - very uncomfortable and squeak if you even breathe. Due to the construction we only had 1 parking spot for a 3 bedroom and were given no compensation although the parking lot had plenty of spots. The construction started at 6 am without any notice or warning. The poorly sealed doors caused roaches to frequently crawl in and run into the kitchen crevices (no bug spray provided). The toilets also barely flushed. We had to bring our own toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, surface cleaner. On behalf of the 8 people that stayed there, we would never recommend this condo to anyone. In fact, they need to completely renovate and sanitize the entire home before ever renting to anyone else.

Great Views but come prepared

Great location and views! The unit was clean when we arrived. We were a little bummed that the unit wasn’t equipped with the materials we needed to keep the place clean. We received a letter when we arrived saying that it had to be cleaned thoroughly or we would be fined. Listed are some of the things that were not provided: Dust pan Trash bags TOILET PAPER coffee filters Sheet pan Only 2 things of dish detergent Seasonings Only 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel Limited number of towels Paper towels We would go back again! But with more supplies!

Fun place to stay
