„We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. „The location of the home was not ideal, as the neighborhood was dirty and not very welcoming or safe. There was a dirty old mattress in the front yard, and a driveway to a separate property that was also a rental behind this one, which created some parking troubles with the other tenant due to a lack of communication from the host.
